Okhaldhunga Community Hospital (OCH) is a project of the United Mission to Nepal This 50-bed hospital is a general hospital providing affordable quality and cost-effective health care to the people of Okhaldhunga and the surrounding region.
Position: Hospital Director (based in Okhaldhunga)
We are Looking for a competent and dynamic person for the post of Hospital Director who will be responsible for providing overall leadership for the executive management, administration, strategic direction and planning of the hospital. S/he will be the liaison person with the Government of Nepal, community leaders, other local NG0s/INGOs at the local level and with UMN Hospital Services Office (HSO) at UMN Headquarters.
Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree in Hospital Management with at least three years' experience in hospital management, Or Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management with at least five years experience in relevant field Or MD/MS with degree/Diploma in Hospital Management with one year's experience of working in hospital at the leadership level
Salary and benefits will be according to OCH policy.
